2004年-2012年，廈門大學生命科學學院生物化學與生物技術系副教授；
2012年至今，廈門大學生命科學學院生物化學與生物技術系教授，碩士生導師。

微生物等天然產物中基於分子靶點的潛在小分子藥物的開發.
基於Hsp90靶點的小分子抑制劑類抗腫瘤等藥物先導化合物的發現；Hsp90客戶蛋白資料庫的挖掘、客戶蛋白的預測及靶點功能研究；小分子抑制劑對Hsp90介導的客戶蛋白相關細胞信號通路及其代謝途徑的網路調控機制及其與疾病的關聯性分析。
Screening for drug leading compounds from Marine Microbial and other natural resources. Research interests mainly focus on the antitumor inhibitor of Hsp90; Based on the database of client proteins of Hsp90 to predict a potential client protein, in further to probe the mechanism of small inhibitor in regulating signal pathway and metabolism network.
