張元偉,廣州大學生命科學院教授,學科帶頭人,博士後合作導師,耶魯大學醫學院客座教授。日本東北大學生物化學博士,同校反應化學研究所助教,耶魯大學藥理學系博士後以及研究員。主要從事膜轉運蛋白的生物物理與生物化學以及神經藥理學的研究,特別是神經遞質轉運蛋白的結構與機理,神經遞質傳導的生理調節以及與精神疾病如抑鬱症、強迫性障礙精神分裂症、和藥物成癮之間的關聯,以及抗抑鬱藥物的研發與分子作用機理等研究領域。

人物經歷

1985年畢業於鄭州大學化學系,獲市斷理學學士學位
1993年畢業於武漢大學化學系,獲理學碩士學位;
1998年3月於日本東北大學理學院獲理學博士學位(生物化付淋全辨學);
1998年4月-2001年7月,任日本東北大學反應化學研究所助教授;
2001年7月-2017年5月,美國耶魯大學醫學院藥理學系博士後以及研究匪海己員;
2017年6月至今,任廣州大學生命科學院教授,學科帶頭人;

研究方向

從事膜蛋白的生物化學以及神堡端局滲經藥理學方面的研究工作。研究方向包括(1)膜轉運蛋白的生物物理與生物化學;(2)抗抑鬱藥物的神經藥理學;(3)神經遞質傳導的生理調節,與精神性疾病如抑鬱、強迫性障礙、精神分裂和藥物成癮之間的關聯,以及化學干預;(4)天然抗射閥請抑鬱藥物的分子作用機拜乃抹理與研發。在美國國家科學院院志,生物化學,神經學,神經藥理學等國際知名期刊發表論文40餘篇,參與鍵想妹著書一部,論文被引用超1,500次。主持或承擔日本、美國、以及國內的科研項目8項。
