獲2008年度“北京大學醫學部優秀青年學者”稱號;作為主要參與人,完成的“新的腫瘤相關抗原的發現及其套用前景研究”,獲國家教育部自然科學獎一等獎,中華醫學科技獎二等獎,北京市科學技術獎二等獎;三項國內發明專利已獲授權;作為主要參與人申請的腫瘤-睪丸抗原NY-ESO-1抗原肽疫苗獲得中國FDA批准用於肝癌患者免疫治療的Ⅰ期臨床試驗。
