【配料】培根、腐竹、蘑菇、辣椒、鹽、蚝油、姜、蒜、蔥。
【製作方法】
1、腐竹提前用冷水泡好,切段、蘑菇切片,培根切段,辣椒撕小塊,蔥姜蒜切末。
2、鍋熱後倒入少量橄欖油,放入蔥姜蒜末炒出煸炒出香味。
3、放入培根段,用筷子把每片都分開,劃散,炒至培根出油。
4、倒入蘑菇片翻炒。(蘑菇不要切的太薄,炒制時會出水縮小,切太薄會越炒越小。)
5、倒入蘑菇時就同時倒入腐竹一起翻炒,蘑菇和腐竹會出水,炒至水收乾。
6、水稍乾倒入辣椒片翻炒1分鐘。
7、加入適量蚝油,撒入少許鹽,翻炒均勻即可。
