教授,博士生導師,主要從事流體動力學機理和流體測試計量技術研究,現任中國計量大學發展規劃處 處長、浙江省流量計量技術研究重點實驗室主任;兼任中國儀器儀表學會實驗室儀器分會秘書長、中國計量測試學會理事、中國空氣動力學會理事等;入選浙江省“萬人計畫”科技創新領軍人才、浙江省高校領軍人才(高層次拔尖人才)、浙江省高校中青年學科帶頭人、浙江省151人才工程第二層次培養人員等;承擔國家自然科學基金項目3項,浙江省重大科技專項、973項目子課題、國家重點研發計畫項目子課題等項目多項;發表論文70餘篇,其中SCI收錄40篇,出版專著1部,授權發明專利15件;2009年和2011年分別獲得浙江省科學技術獎一等獎,2013年獲得教育部自然科學獎一等獎,2017年獲得浙江省自然科學獎二等獎,2018年主持獲得浙江省科學技術進步獎二等獎。
現任中國計量大學發展規劃處 處長、浙江省流量計量技術研究重點實驗室主任。
