劉琬璐,1992年出生,四川成都人,浙江大學愛丁堡大學聯合學院研究員、助理教授。

劉琬璐於2013年畢業於浙江大學醫學院基礎醫學專業,醫學學士學位。2018年畢業於加州大學洛杉磯分校,取得博士學位。2018年—2019年在加州大學洛杉磯分校從事博士後研究。

劉琬璐的主要研究方向為表觀遺傳學、基因組學、生物信息學、幹細胞及再生醫學,包括轉座子在細胞命運決定過程中的作用,以及相關生物信息算法開發。

人物經歷

劉琬墊烏巴陵璐5歲上國小,10歲上國中,16歲就參加高考。
2008年,汶川章潤少大地震給劉琬璐造成了深遠的影響,讓她選擇報考浙江大學醫學類專業
2013年,畢業於浙江大學醫學院基礎醫學專業,醫學學士學位
2018年,畢業於加州大學洛杉磯分校,取得博士學位。
2018年—2019年,在加州大學洛杉磯分校從事博士後研究。
2019年3月,劉琬璐回到母校,管理自己的故洪元獨立實驗室以及招募進實驗室的幾位本科生、研究生,成為浙江大學最年輕的PI(獨立研究員)。
曾兩度獲得Philip J. Whitcome Fellowship支持。

劉琬璐的研究成套估拳疊果有深度解析非編碼RNA的轉錄共剪下對DNA甲基化建立的表觀遺傳學新機制;首次建立和最佳化植物肯己連中的DNA甲基化基因編輯技術;闡明TFAP2C在人胚胎幹細胞以及人原始生殖細胞發育過程中的作用及其機制。未來研究方向是細胞命運決定過程中的表觀遺傳學調控機制;逆轉座子的表觀遺傳學沉默機制;表觀基因組學算法開發旬妹。

高三時,劉琬璐的母親患上了一種罕見病,花了一年的時間才確診,卻一直沒有很好的治療方法,只能保守治療。因此劉琬璐選擇做研究,希望通過基礎研究去改善這一情況。

除了工作的業餘時間,劉琬璐是一個羽毛球健將和攝影愛好者。

談到為什麼會進入科研領域,劉琬璐說道“因為我是個愛冒險的人,而且最大願望是能睡到自然醒”,因此同學們給她封了“卡比獸”的卡通形象。

高三時,劉琬璐的母親患上了一種罕見病,花了一年的時間才確診,卻一直沒有很好的治療方法,只能保守治療。因此劉琬璐選擇做研究,希望通過基礎研究去改善這一情況。

除了工作的業餘時間,劉琬璐是一個羽毛球健將和攝影愛好者。

談到為什麼會進入科研領域,劉琬璐說道“因為我是個愛冒險的人,而且最大願望是能睡到自然醒”,因此同學們給她封了“卡比獸”的卡通形象。
