劉玉良（1945.8-）山東省東營市墾利縣董集鄉人。山東東營市人大常委會副主任。大學學歷，中共黨員。1966年8月參加工作，先後任利津縣拖拉機總站（農機局）技術員、分站站長、革委會常委、副局長，利津縣六合公社掛職副主任、黨委副書記，革委會常委，黨委書記。1983年12月起先後任河口區委常委、副區長，黨委副書記、區長，東營市農業委員會書記、主任，市政府副秘書長、市長助理、市政府黨組成員。1998年2月至今任東營市人大常委會副主任。

研究領域
長期從事低維強關聯繫統的理論研究，利用玻色化和重整化群方法嚴格地處理了單雜質背散射對一維費米系統關聯指數的影響。最近提出本徵泛函理論，可以處理一般的量子多體系統，特別是低維強關聯繫統，其最大特點是自然地出現一個描寫粒子間關聯強度的相場，而求解相場的非線性方程是處理量子多體問題的關鍵。
