劉敬勇，男，1979年生，河南南陽人，博士，廣東工業大學教授，碩士生導師。入選首批廣東省高層次人才特殊支持計畫-廣東省科技創新青年拔尖人才計畫（2015年）、入選廣東省高等學校優秀青年教師培養計畫（2015年）、入選廣東工業大學第二批科研類“培英育才”計畫（2014年）、入選廣東高校優秀青年創新人才培育計畫（2012年）、廣東省高等學校“千百十工程”第七批校級培養對象、廣東省-教育部-科技部產學研企業科技特派員、廣東省等評審專家庫成員；國家註冊環保工程師、國家清潔生產審核師、環境監理工程師、環境評價師。
