Keep track of revenue and expenses, and the app will help visualize performance. See net returns for the month, or full year. If using the iPad, see a summary page and a page for each property in book format. The summary page shows pie charts for income and expense broken down per property, and a bar chart for net return per property. The detail page for each property includes pie charts for income and expense breakdown by category, and a line chart showing rate of growth of expenditure and revenue for the year. Also on the iPad, set an image for each property using the camera or an existing picture. This first release is basic, with the intent of building in more features in later releases. Note that iCould sync is not in this version.
