侯仲娥，女，博士，副研究員。1996年山西農業大學，獲學士學位； 1999年北京林業大學，獲碩士學位； 2002年中國科學院動物研究所，獲博士學位。 2002年7月 – 2006年3月，中國科學院動物研究所，助理研究員； 2006年4月 ，中國科學院動物研究所，副研究員； 2005年月受日本學術振興會（JSPS）資助在日本茨城大學與淡水鉤蝦專家Morino教授開展合作研究； 2006月赴荷蘭阿姆斯特丹大學與Platvoet教授開展鉤蝦先驅物種的研究； 2006年2月 – 2007年2月年受國家留學基金委資助在加拿大圭爾夫(University of Guelph)大學進行訪問，開展鉤蝦屬的分子系統學研究，首次提出青藏高原的隆起是鉤蝦南北分化的原因。
