中國是世界上的開發中國家，而非洲是開發中國家集中的大陸，中非從來是都是命運共同體。面對新的國際形勢以及中非雙方各自的發展任務，中非雙方都有進一步加強磋商與合作、共同應對新世紀挑戰的強烈願望。因此，中非合作論壇在2000年應運而生。論壇至今已經成功舉辦了７屆部長級會議和３屆峰會，為中非雙方提供了一個務實合作的平台，使得中非合作變得更加機制化和經常化。在論壇的推動下，中非關係進入了快速、全面發展的時期，中非合作的領域不斷拓寬，各領域的合作達到了前所未有的歷史新高度。本報告試圖在總結中非合作論壇發展20年的經驗基礎上，深入分析其在新的歷史條件下所面臨的機遇與挑戰，對中非合作論壇的可持續發展提出政策建議，發揮智庫學者資政與服務社會的作用。
作者簡介
張忠祥，上海師範大學非洲研究中心主任、教授、博士生導師。兼任中國亞非學會副會長、中國非洲史研究會副會長，肯亞肯雅塔大學訪問學者，多次訪問非洲。主要研究領域為非洲歷史與中非關係，出版《尼赫魯外交研究》《中非合作論壇研究》和《列國志·馬里》等著作，發表學術論文六十餘篇。主持完成國家社科基金重點項目1項，主持完成省部級項目9項。2003年、2008年獲浙江省哲學社會科學優秀成果獎（著作類）三等獎，2016年獲外交部中非聯合研究交流計畫成果優秀獎。詹世明，中國社會科學院西亞非洲研究所《西亞非洲》編輯部主任、副研究員，兼任中國亞非學會秘書長、中國非洲史研究會理事。主要研究方向為非洲政治、安全和區域組織發展問題。主要著述有《非洲經濟圈與中國企業》（合著，2001年）、《中國和世界主要經濟體與非洲經貿合作研究》（合著，2012年）、《應對氣候變化：非洲的立場與關切》（論文，2009年）、《非洲統一組織在非洲一體化中的歷史作用》（論文，2013年）等。陶陶，1992年生，上海師範大學非洲研究中心博士生。主要研究方向為非洲法語國家研究和中非關係。參與了《列國志·剛果共和國》的編寫和《非洲民間故事》的翻譯。曾赴剛果（布）馬利安·恩古瓦比大學孔子學院任漢語教師志願者。曾擔任法語翻譯赴幾內亞、貝寧執行農業農村部的中非農業合作項目。
