輔料:豬肉(瘦)60克,枸杞子15克,菟絲子15克,韭菜15克
調料:鹽4克
做法
1. 將枸杞子菟絲子、韭菜子洗淨;
2. 豬瘦肉洗淨,切片;
3. 豬脬用粗鹽擦洗淨,用沸水燙過;
4. 把三子,放入豬脬內縫合,與豬瘦肉一齊放入燉盅內,加開水適量,燉盅加蓋,文火隔開水燉2小時,調味即可。小帖士-健康提示:
