2003-2006: Success withMe Against Myself
首次嘗試了英國排行榜的成功是與他合作， Rishi Rich和Juggy D的歌曲， "Dance with You (Nachna Tere Naal)" 。Sean獲得了100萬英鎊記錄維珍唱片。他的第二個單曲"Eyes on You" ,成為前十名，最高第6名。

2007-2008:My Own Way

第一次採訪他的美國與MTV片，jay sean宣布，他的歌曲錄音五個新的釋放My Own Way（美國版） ，其中之一將是"Tonight" ，裡面有Lil Wayne。Jay Sean和Akon還討論了一起合作奔向葛萊美獎,2009年也將與Nadine Coyle合作一首歌，並認為該專輯將在2009年夏季發行，Jay Sean還有一首精選歌《Written on Her》，這首歌是在一次採訪中和birdman在維斯特伍德電台唱的。
