Kate Alexa Gudinski（生於1988年3月2日在墨爾本，澳洲維多利亞省）是澳洲的創作才女，從03年開始陸陸續續有推出單曲，但是直到06年的9月才正式發行專輯“broken & beautiful”.kate最先讓人注意到的是因為"Always There"這首歌,這也是 Channel 7電視台
大熱劇集Home & Away的主題曲,之後她也在Backstreet Boys澳洲之旅擔任表演佳賓,她的第三支單曲"All I Hear"推出後,便直接登上ARIA top ten,並且停留了八個星期,不過也有人批評她的歌唱事業是因為裙帶關係而得回來的(唱片公司是她老爸Michael Gudinski AM的)。
Broken & Beautiful is the first studio album by Australian singer Kate Alexa, released in Australia on September 25, 2006 (see 2006 in music) by Liberation Music. The album has a main genre of pop rock songs all co-written by Alexa herself. She states she chose the title Broken and Beautiful because "We all make mistakes, and we all have flaws. We're delicate and we're vulnerable. But we're still beautiful on the inside."[1] "The album definitely my life and journey over the past few years. It's my story and it's all true" she states.[1] The album yielded five singles: "Always There", "My Day Will Come", "All I Hear", "Somebody Out There" and "Better than You".
