Living Colour是美國紐約市的一個搖滾樂隊，成立於1984年。在風格上受到自由爵士，放克，硬搖滾和重金屬樂隊的影響，是一種創造性地融合。他們的歌詞，範圍從個人到政治，在後面的幾個作品中攻擊了歐美中心主義和美國的種族主義。 Living Colour在1988年推出第一張專輯一炮走紅，雖然有很多支持，但還是不應該忘記他們的招牌曲目《Cult of Personality 》（個人崇拜），《Cult of Personality 》在1989年獲得了格萊美最佳硬搖滾表現獎。在當年的MTV最佳音樂錄影帶將獲得了最佳新音樂家稱號。Living Colour在1995年解散，並於2000年年底復出。
