野中郁次郎:
日本一橋大學國際企業戰略學院教授,曾獲加州大學伯克利分校Haas商學院的MBA和博士學位,知識管理領域被引述最多的學者。1996年,本書榮獲美國出版商協會“年度最佳管理類圖書”大獎,本書也是被引用最多的知識管理類專著。
竹內弘高:
日本一橋大學國際企業戰略學院教授、院長。曾獲得加州大學伯克利分校Haas商學院的MBA和博士學位,在一橋大學就職前,曾在哈佛商學院任教,曾與麥可·波特合著《日本還有競爭力嗎?》(Can Japan Compete ?)
