The First Cut Is the Deepest（第一次傷害最深）是二十世紀七十年代英國民謠搖滾歌手Cat Stevens（凱特·斯蒂文斯）的一首原創作品，收錄在個人第二張錄音室專輯《New Masters》（1967年12月）中。

美國靈魂樂歌手P.P. Arnold於1967年5月首唱，並將這首歌成功打入UK Singles Chart的前20名。之後Keith Hampshire(1973年)、Rod Stewart(1977年) 、Sheryl Crow(2003年)都翻唱過這首歌。
