林凡，台灣歌手，本籍馬來西亞。出生於台灣台北市，畢業於美國西雅圖華盛頓大學心理學系。林凡於2000年正式發行第一張個人專輯《Freya》，這張專輯較為人知的歌曲包括《一個人生活》、《再見西雅圖》、《Old Phone Book》，以及翻唱陶喆的《沙灘》。甫一推出就創下12萬張的驚人銷售量、占居音樂排行榜首位過半年之久。2001年6月推出第二張個人專輯《都是他》，較為人知的歌曲包括《都是他》《難道》、《愛情超能力》、《三個心愿》，以及翻唱鄭秀文的《捨不得你》。2007年推出個人第一張英文翻唱專輯《非愛不可-心林凡》。2010年發行第三張個人專輯《眼 淚流回去》。這張全新療愛大碟《眼淚流回去》讓樂迷聽見愛情的不平凡，分享懂得愛的愛情故事。新碟收錄了三立年度大戲《犀利人妻》的片頭曲《五天幾年》和片尾曲《重傷》，歌曲令人感觸。
