作者簡介
李路路，社會學博士，中國人民大學社會學系教授，2012—2017年教育部“長江學者獎勵計畫”特聘教授，教育部高等學校社會學類教學指導委員會主任委員。主要研究領域為：社會分層與社會流動、組織研究、現代化。國內社會轉型理論研究的主要參與者之一，國內階級階層再生產理論的主要闡釋者，單位體制和單位組織的早研究者之一。《中國綜合社會調查》（CGSS）的共同發起人之一，期共同主持人和第二期主持人，該項目是祖國大陸個基於全國性抽樣入戶訪問的，具有系統性、持續性和開放性的大型社會科學調查項目。
