研究方向
長期從事微流控生物晶片及超大規模積體電路電子設計自動化(EDA,卡脖子領域)軟體與算法研究工作。先後主持了國家優秀青年科學基金(海外)、德國洪堡基金、德國TUFF項目、中國台灣科學技術項目,作為核心成員參與了國家自然科學基金面上項目,國家自然科學基金青年項目,國家973計畫課題等多個科研項目。發表論文40餘篇,涵蓋了領域旗艦期刊TCAD, TC, CSUR, TODAES, SCIS以及EDA四大國際會議DAC, ICCAD, DATE, ASPDAC等。出版學術專著/章節2本,獲授權國家發明專利5項。先後獲得包括國家優青(海外),德國洪堡學者,德國TUFFFellow,CCF積體電路設計與自動化最佳論文提名獎,EDA國際期刊ACM TODAES傑出審稿人,國家公派留學獎學金,教育部博士生國家獎學金,盧嘉錫優秀研究生獎,工信部全國軟體開發專業人才(高級)稱號獎等30餘項榮譽和獎勵。此外,擔任了包括DAC, ICCAD, ASP-DAC, VLSI-SOC等在內的多個積體電路國際會議程式委員會(TPC)委員,以及包括TCAD, TODAES, TVLSI, TBioCAS等在內的多個國際期刊審稿專家。
