黃卉,女,1984年7月出生,博士,吉林大學食品科學與工程學院副教授,博士生導師。相關研究獲得了國家自然科學基金委、中國博士後基金、吉林省科技廳、吉林大學等資助。總結相關工作,在SCI收錄的高水平學術期刊發表論文20餘篇,其中以第一作者或通訊聯繫人身份發表SCI論文15篇,平均影響因子大於4。

教學情況

《食品分析》、腿敬境《食品化學》、《生物化學實驗》本科生必修課。
《有機\綠色食品》本科生選修課。
《現代食品分析新技術》研究生必修課。

研究方向

食品分析新方法開發:針對食品及食品添加劑中的有益有害物質,開發靈敏專一的分析檢測新方法,包括相關探針分子的設計合成、螢光納米粒子製備、及新型食品分析新技術、新設備的開發。

科研項目
