材料:處理過的柚子皮一個、新鮮香菇100克、大蒜三瓣、蔥少量、泡椒適量、水澱粉、油鹽醬醋糖雞精等調味料 做法:
1、香菇洗淨,切條狀,大蒜拍碎,取一小碗,將醬油、醋、白糖、鹽、雞精、水澱粉放入;
2、起油鍋,爆香蔥、蒜及泡椒;
3、將柚皮入鍋,翻炒均勻,加入少量高湯(水裡加高湯精也可)煮五分鐘;
4、香菇入鍋,翻炒二分鐘左右,倒入碗汁,炒勻出鍋。
