研究方向

本學科組主要從事微生物功能基因組學研究。研究內容包括兩個方面：不同微生物類群特有的基因組特徵序列的進化分析；不同微生物類群的特有蛋白在細胞中的功能研究。針對特有蛋白的功能研究，目前正在開展的課題包括：1. 重要微生物資源類群-放線菌（Actinobacteria）特有蛋白在蛋白酶體組裝中的作用機制；2. 深海環境富集的Epsilon-變形菌（Epsilon-proteobacteria）特有蛋白在趨向運動信號轉導中的調控機制。通過對基因組特徵序列的進化分析及特有蛋白的功能解析，我們期望能更好的理解細菌基因、基因組的進化以及特徵序列在適應環境變化中發揮的作用。
