2002 年到2004 年在中科院化學研究所做博士後，合作導師韓布興研究員，2004 年赴美國University of Idaho從事博士後研究，合作導師Jean’ne M Shreeve 教授，研究領域是綠色化學中離子液體的合成及其套用。2007 年作為海外引進人才回國，在中國農業大學套用化學系任副教授，2011年破格晉升為教授。
