1978-1982 中國人民解放軍外國語學院英語系，英語專業本科畢業，獲英語語言文學 學士學位；
1988-1990 北京外國語大學英語系, 美國學專業碩士研究生畢業；
1999-2000 英國北愛爾蘭奧斯特大學管理學院研究生畢業；
2000-2004 英國北愛爾蘭奧斯特大學社科院社會學與運用社會研究。
