材料:
菠菜,肉末,雞蛋、紅椒絲,香蔥末、乾澱粉。做法:

5、出鍋裝盤改刀,灑上少許紅椒絲,香蔥末點綴;
6、剩下的蛋黃肉末、菠菜、澱粉、和勻拍成小餅在鍋中煎熟。
