生物醫藥的開發與藥理作用研究,對天然活性藥物的分子靶向作用機理有深入研究
學術成果
主持和參與國家自然科學基金3項,完成科技部863重大項目子課題及科技部支撐計畫各1項,山東省自然科學基金、山東省、青島市科技攻關項目各1項,承擔青島市重大創新項目1項。研究成果《ROS-MAPK、死亡受體、NF-κB、NO-HSP通路對紫外線誘導皮膚細胞凋亡的調控》,獲山東省自然科學二等獎(2011年,首位)。參與產學研開發項目--海生素腸溶膠囊的研發,已獲臨床製劑批號,研究成果《蚶類提取物腸溶膠囊及其製造方法》獲得國家發明專利。參與研製海婦潔膜,自牡蠣中製備溶菌酶,完成其藥學、藥理學、毒理學及臨床研究,以其為主要原料製備海婦潔膜,已獲臨床製劑批號。近年來共發表SCI收錄論文30餘篇。

1.國家自然科學基金面上項目,81473384、鈍擬蟹守螺提取物卡尼汀群經內質網和線粒體途徑抗老年痴呆的保護作用研究、2015/01-2018/12、75萬元、在研、主持。
2.國家高技術研究發展計畫(863計畫)子課題,2007AA091602、海貝素膠囊的研製及抗腫瘤作用的基礎研究、2007/12 -2010/12、35萬元、已結題、參加。
3.山東省科技攻關項目,2009GG10002070、保肝藥—甘薯滴丸的研製、2009/01 -2012/12、16萬元、已結題、主持。
