陶梅霞

陶梅霞，女，上海交通大學電子工程系教授、博士生導師，無線通信技術研究所副所長，IEEE Transactions on Communications，IEEE Wireless Communications Letters和Journal of Communications and Information Networks 編委，IEEE Fellow。

簡介

1999年獲復旦大學學士學位，2003年獲香港科技大學博士學位。

2003-2004年任職於香港套用科技研究院，2004-2007年在新加坡國立大學電子與計算機工程系先後任教員和助理教授，自2008年起加入上海交通大學。

主要研究方向為物理層網路編碼、無線資源分配、MIMO技術及物理層安全。在IEEE重要期刊上發表論文40餘篇；在國際權威會議上發表論文60餘篇；持美國專利3項。獲國家自然科學基金優秀青年基金（2013）、教育部新世紀優秀人才（2011）、上海市浦江人才（2009）、上海市晨光計畫(2008)及IEEE通信學會亞太區傑出青年研究者獎（2009）。 還榮獲了2013年IEEE通信學會Heinrich Hertz論文獎、2012年國際會議 WCSP 最佳論文獎。目前正擔任IEEE Trans. on Communications和IEEE Wireless Communications Letters編委。曾擔任過IEEE Trans. on Wireless Communications（2007-2011年）和IEEE Communications Letters (2009-2012)編委。也是IEEE ICC、GLOBECOM、WCNC等多個國際權威會議的技術程式委員會委員。近年來，主持了國家自然科學基金、國家科技重大專項（子課題）、上海市自然科學基金、上海市教委科研創新等項目。還參與了國家973、863項目。在教學方面，全英語主講了信息與通信工程專業的核心課程《通信原理》，獲2013年上海交通大學全英語教學比賽三等獎、2010年上海交通大學教學新秀稱號。
