陳山枝,1969年生,男,中共黨員,工學博士,教授級高級工程師,博士生導師。畢業於西安電子科技大學及北京郵電大學。國家傑出青年科學基金獲得者,政府特殊津貼專家,新世紀百千萬人才工程國家級人選。
現任中國信息通信科技集團有限公司黨委常委、副總經理、專家委主任(大唐電信科技產業集團副總裁,大唐電信科技產業控股有限公司高級副總裁)。無線移動通信國家重點實驗室主任,新一代移動通信無線網路與晶片技術國家工程實驗室理事長及主任。 中芯國際非執行董事。
中國電子學會理事、中國通信學會常務理事、IEEE高級會員。現任四個IEEE權威通信期刊、《通信學報》和《電信科學》編委。陳博士曾任國家863計畫信息技術領域專家組成員,以及國家「新一代寬頻無線移動通信網」重大專項實施方案編制組專家成員等。為實現我國主導的TD-LTE 4G核心技術突破、國際標準制定和產業化做出了重要貢獻。目前主持5G和車聯網技術與標準研究及產業化工作。
已出版學術專著六部,其中SPRINGER出版的英文學術專著三部,在IEEE等頂級期刊發表SCI論文60多篇,申請和授權中國及歐美日韓發明專利50多件。曾獲國家科學技術進步獎特等獎、一等獎、二等獎,國家技術發明獎二等獎、何梁何利基金科學與技術創新獎、光華工程科技獎等獎等榮譽。
