博士,副教授,碩士生導師,中國食品科學技術學會高級會員,中國農學會農產品貯藏加工分會理事,中國營養學會會員,中國糧油學會會員,安徽省營養學會理事。國家自然科學基金食品科學學科同行評議專家和浙江省自然科學基金同行評議專家。國際國內學術期刊《Food Chemistry》、《Carbohydrate Polymers》、《Journal of the Science of Food and Agriculture》、《Natural Product Research》、《African Journal of Biotechnology》、《African Journal of Pharmacy and Pharmacological Research》、《食品科學》、《包裝與食品機械》、《食品與機械》、《中國科技論文線上》審稿人。《中外食品—食品技術》特約翻譯。2005年6月江南大學食品科學與工程專業畢業,獲博士學位。2007年9月至2009年10月在江南大學輕工技術與工程博士後科研流動站從事博士後研究工作。2009年11月至今在合肥工業大學生物與食品工程學院從事教學與科研工作,主要從事農產品精深加工及副產物綜合利用、營養與功能食品、天然活性物質研究與開發的研究工作。
主持了國家自然科學基金面上項目、中國博士後科學基金、江蘇省博士後科研資助計畫項目、合肥工業大學博士基金項目等多項課題,並作為項目組主要成員先後承擔了國家“十二五”科技支撐計畫、國家高技術研究發展計畫(863計畫)、國家“十一五”科技支撐計畫、國家自然科學基金面上項目、國家農業科技成果轉化資金項目、安徽省長三角科技聯合攻關項目、中國-波蘭政府間科技合作項目、江蘇省自然科學基金創新學者攀登項目、江蘇省自然科學基金面上項目、江蘇省“十五”科技攻關項目、安徽省“十一五”科技攻關項目、安徽省“十五”重大科技攻關項目、安徽省“九五”科技攻關項目以及合肥市重點科技項目等20餘項課題的研究工作,參與編寫科技專著3部,申請國家發明專利7項,其中授權國家發明專利2項,並獲得教育部科技進步二等獎1項,中國石油和化學工業聯合會科技進步二等獎1項以及中國食品科學技術學會科技創新獎——優秀論文三等獎1項,在國內外重要期刊發表學術論文50餘篇,其中被SCI 收錄21篇,EI收錄13篇,影響因子>2.0的有13篇,影響因子>3.0的有9篇,SCI文章被《Molecular Aspects of Medicine》、《Critical Reviews in Food Science and Nutrition》、《Current Medicinal Chemistry》、《Journal of Nutrition》、《Journal of Nutritional Biochemistry》、《Journal of Neuroinflammation》、《PLoS ONE》、《Food Chemistry》、《Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry》等國際著名SCI學術期刊引用99次。中文文章被引用235次。
