陳學偉，男，博士，四川農業大學特聘教授，研究員，博士生導師，四川省“百人計畫”特聘專家，四川省學術帶頭人，教育部“新世紀優秀人才”。
四川農業大學茶學93級學士、作物遺傳育種專業97級碩士（四川農業大學/中國科學院遺傳與發育生物所聯合培養），2003年在中國科學院遺傳與發育生物所獲得博士學位。2004年赴美，先後在加州大學－歐文分校、加州大學－戴維斯分校從事博士後研究工作；2009年晉升為加州大學－戴維斯分校助理項目科學家。2011年3月回國作為四川農業大學首批高端人才（特聘教授）進入四川農業大學；2011年12月入選四川省引進海外高層次人才“百人計畫”特聘專家；2013年入選四川省第十批學術與技術帶頭人；2013年入選教育部“新世紀優秀人才”。作為主研人員主持或參與了國內自然科學基金、973、863、科技部轉基因專項等項目以及美國國家自然科學基金（NSF）、美國國家衛生研究所(NIH)、美國能源部(DOE)等贊助的重大項目，在Science，Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences，PLoS Biology，PLoS Genet，The Plant Journal，Molecular Plant，Plant physiology, Journal of Biological Chemistry，PLoS One，Genetics，Plant Molecular Biology等國際頂級雜誌和科學通報，遺傳學報，生物工程學報等國內重要核心期刊上發表論文30餘篇，獲四川省科學技術進步一等獎一項，申請國家發明專利兩項並獲授權，申請美國國家發明專利兩項。
9月20日榮獲2019年科學探索獎。
