人物經歷
1999年清華大學土木工程系獲得工學學士學位（建築工程管理專業），2002年新加坡國立大學獲得工學碩士學位（基礎設施管理專業）；2005年美國賓夕法尼亞州立大學建築工程系獲得建設管理哲學博士學位。另在墨爾本大學得到員工獎學金資助在2011年獲得套用金融碩士學位。
2006年在北京清華大學任教（講師/助理教授）。2007年到2012年在澳大利亞墨爾本大學任教（講師/助理教授、博士生導師），並於2011年確認永久教職。2012年起在四川大學商學院擔任工程管理教授/研究員。
社會任職
另外擔任世界銀行PPIAF顧問、世界經濟論壇（達沃斯）工程與建設分部顧問、世界經濟論壇GAC 委員會（基礎設施）委員、國際建築業反腐倡議(CoST)學者代表、GRI建設和房地產業(CRESS)可持續標準制定特邀專家，美國土木工程師協會會員，SCI期刊ASCE Journal of Construction Engineering and Management 編委成員和助理編輯。
學術成果
研究方面，發表非洲基礎設施專著一部（世界銀行出版社）；為世界經濟論壇和另外三位學者合作發表全球基礎設施報告一部；為歐盟-中國政策對話機構完成非洲基礎設施開發研究報告一部；為國際經合組織(OECD)完成中印建築業比較研究報告一部；為聯合國經濟及社會理事會(ECOSOC)完成非洲南南合作基礎設施開發報告一部。發表國際期刊論文13篇，其中11篇為第一作者以及通訊作者，2篇為第2作者（其中1篇為通訊作者）。已經發表的13篇論文中，SCI/SSCI論文6篇， EI論文4篇。為《施工企業管理雜誌》擔任國際工程管理專欄作家一年，完成12篇中文文章，約7萬字。發表國際會議論文22篇。截至目前已經先後主持約18項研究課題，總計約合人民幣340萬元。

獲獎情況
在2007年悉尼CRIOCM國際會議上獲得傑出論文獎（Excellent Paper Award）；2011年International Journal of Housing Markets and Analysis雜誌所發論文獲得高度讚揚獎（Highly Commended Award）。2006年在清華大學任職期間獲得院級先進工作者稱號。2012年入選四川省青年百人計畫。
