人物生平
1982 年畢業於瀋陽藥學院化學製藥專業,
1985 年獲藥物分析專業碩士學位,
1989 年在聯邦德國波恩大學獲藥物化學專業博士學位,其後在德國藥師中心實驗室 從事 博士後研究。
1994 年 7 月回國,歷任瀋陽藥科大學教授、博士生導師、藥物代謝與藥物動力學實驗室主任。
1996 年獲國家傑出青年科學基金。
2005 年 6 月起任中國科學院上海藥物研究所研究員、藥物代謝研究中心主任。

曾主持國家自然科學基金重點項目和國家“863”項目等課題,為國內製藥企業完成新藥代謝和藥動學臨床前研究 20 餘項,為國內外製藥企業完成藥物動力學和製劑生物等效性試驗300餘項。現承擔科研課題有國家自然科學基金、國家 863 課題、上海市科委研發公共服務平台“上海藥物代謝研究中心”建設項目,以及為國內外製藥企業和研究院所提供藥物代謝研究技術服務。 |
