人物經歷
現研究方向為基於高有序異質結薄膜的有機場效應電晶體,探測感測器和人工神經形態器件等,在國際重要SCI學術期刊上發表論文30餘篇,其中作為第一作者在Advanced Materials, Advanced Functional Materials等期刊上發表論文十餘篇。主持國家自然科學基金青年項目和湖南省科技創新人才項目。榮獲湖南省優秀博士學位論文。

2. 仿生突觸電晶體和人工神經形態器件;
3. 原位的表面界面表征手段研究各類功能性器件的運行機理。
