研究領域
1,通過第一性原理、蒙特卡洛模擬、分子動力學等計算方法研究材料表面與界面的相關物理性質與現象,材料相結構、電子結構與動力學性質;
2,能源材料的理論計算與設計,如多鐵性材料,二維材料,鋰離子電池正極材料、太陽能電池材料、熱電材料的計算與設計,以及相關物理化學機理的探索和發現;
3,材料基因組科學與技術,新材料結構與性質的預測;
4,納米材料與器件的理論計算與設計,如低維材料能帶工程、量子輸運性質、納米器件(場效應電晶體、射頻電晶體、PN結、自旋電子器件等)的研究設計。
