趙超英,男,1976年生。博士、長安大學地質工程與測繪學院教授、博士生導師。美國地質調查局博士後,“西安五四青年獎章”獲得者,陝西省優秀博士論文獲得者,第一屆陝西測繪青年科技獎獲得者,中國測繪學會教育委員會委員,中國岩石力學與工程學會滑坡與工程邊坡分會常務理事。

科技成果
- 系統研究了緩變型地面沉降InSAR監測理論和技術方法,建立了相應的數據處理、精度評定和成果表達體系,參與編寫中華人民共和國地質礦產行業標準《地面沉降測量規範》。
- 提出了地裂縫InSAR定位與變形監測理論與方法,參與編寫《地裂縫地質災害監測技術指南(T00/CAGHP 013-2018)》,該研究成果獲得了2012年國家科技進步獎二等獎(排名7)和陝西省第三屆職工科技節技術改進類金獎。
- 系統研究了InSAR技術對多類地質環境條件下崩滑流災害的探測、監測與機理分析,為InSAR技術服務於滑坡研究提供技術指導。
- 融合SAR偏移量技術和干涉技術系統研究了採礦塌陷災害的調查與大形變梯度監測的關鍵理論與方法,參與編寫地質災害防治行業標準《地質災害InSAR監測技術規範(試行)》(T/CAGHP 008-2018)。
- 開展SAR/InSAR技術研發,包括干涉圖濾波、交叉軌道偏移量解算、序貫動態InSAR時序形變監測等。
