趙昌輝，博士，現為吉林大學食品科學與工程學院講師。目前已在國內外學術期刊上發表科研論文十幾篇，並參與了一部英文書籍的編寫。

研究方向
一直從事食品成分與健康的相關研究。目前的科研興趣主要集中在基於乳清蛋白的活性分子的運載系統，硒元素的營養以及硒結合蛋白（SBP1）在人體疾病（癌症，脂肪肝，肥胖等）中的作用。
