人物經歷
博士，研究員，碩士研究生導師，作物遺傳育種專業，研究方向為春油菜分子細胞遺傳學。現任青海大學農林科學院春油菜研究所種質資源研究室主任、青海省現代油菜產業技術體系遺傳育種功能研究室主任、《分子植物育種》期刊編委。主要從事春油菜種質資源創新、優異基因挖掘和細胞遺傳學等研究。為作物遺傳育種專業碩士研究生主講細胞遺傳學、遠緣雜交育種等課程。先後主持國家自然科學基金、973前期研究、國家科技支撐和青海省基礎研究等項目7項，可支配經費200萬元以上。入選青海省自然科學與工程技術學科帶頭人和青海省“135”高層次人才培養計畫。共發表學術論文24篇，其中SCI收錄11篇。
