個人經歷
1992年7月至2005年3月,在中國電子科技集團公司第二十研究所工作,主要研究方向為移動無線通信系統體制和關鍵技術。
2007年7月至2008年5月,在英國貝德福德大學(University of Bedfordshire)留學(博士後),在該校CWiND實驗室(Centre for Wireless Network Design)從事無線網路規劃和最佳化的教學和科研工作。主要研究方向為寬頻無線接入網路規劃和最佳化。
2008年5月返回西安電子科技大學,主要研究方向為寬頻無線接入系統和關鍵技術。
先後在國內外學術刊物和會議上發表五十餘篇論文。

研究項目
1.主持1項國家自然科學基金項目:無線感測器網路中基於博弈論思想的媒體接入控制協定研究。研究期限:2008年1月1日 ~ 2010年12月31日。
2.主持1項“十一五”軍事通信技術預研項目:寬頻無線綜合接入技術。研究期限:2006年1月1日 ~ 2010年12月31日。
3.主持1項陝西省自然科學基礎研究計畫項目:WiMAX的MIMO-OFDMA/FH技術研究。研究期限:2007年1月1日 ~ 2008年12月31日。
4.參與2項“十一五”軍事通信技術預研項目:多輸入多輸出技術、高速TCM編譯技術。
5.參與1項歐盟FP6項目GAWIND: Application of High Performance Computing (HPC) in automatic wireless broadband access network planning and optimization, PhD Fellowship.
