研究方向
主要從事人工晶體的生長及性能研究,採用提拉法(Czochralski)、微下拉法(micro-pulling-down)、及雷射加熱基座法(LHPG: Laser Heated Pedestal Growth),開展雷射晶體(大口徑體塊晶體及單晶光纖)、壓電晶體、磁光晶體、氧化物半導體晶體等的研究。
