人物經歷

2009年9月 湖南大學生物技術專業畢業,獲學士學位。
2015年6月 湖南大學分析化學專業畢業,獲博士學位。
2015年10月-2020年9月 德國馬克斯·普朗克植物分子生理學研究所,博士後研究員。
2020年10月- 南京農業大學,農學院,教授。

研究方向

1. 作物高效精準基因編輯系統開發和最佳化
針對基因編輯技術在作物編輯上存在效率、精準度、範圍以及類型等方面的技術瓶頸,研發新型基因編輯技術或通過理性設計、效應子融合等最佳化現有主流基因編輯技術
2. 作物新種質創製
開發或利用定向進化技術,創製優異等位變異新種質並整合基因編輯、人工智慧、合成生物學等,構建多基因高效聚合育種技術體系,聚合有益基因及優異等位變異,創製高產、優質、抗病蟲和抗除草劑相結合的突破性種質

主要成就

開發了集高效率、高精度、高特異性於一體的新型鹼基編輯器,能夠實現特定位點上單個鹼基的精準替換,在人類遺傳疾病治療以及作物精準育種上具有重大的套用價值。2021年獲江蘇省“雙創”人才。近五年來以第一作者或通訊作者在Nature CommunicationsMolecular plant, Plant biotechnology journal等本領域國際主流刊物上發表論文8篇,其中1篇入選ESI高被引論文,申請專利2項,包括國際發明專利1項,已授權專利1項。
