科研工作:先後在“化學”、“低能離子及表面科學”、“納米材料”、“半導體材料及器件”、“器件及材料設計、研製與理論分析”、“非製冷紅外探測器”、“非製冷太赫茲探測器”、“電磁超材料”、“紅外及太赫茲光譜學”、“DAST化學、物理及器件”等領域從事基礎及套用研究。曾在《Journal of the American Chemical Society》、《Advanced Functional Materials》、《Scientific Reports》、《Journal of Materials Chemistry》、《Journal of Physical Chemistry》、《Physical Chemistry Chemical Physics》、《RSC Advances》、《Applied Surface Science》、《Journal of physics D: Applied Physics》、《Nanoscale Research Letters》、《Thin Solid Films》、《Journal of Crystal Growth》、《Applied Physics A: Materials Science & Processing》、《Journal of Non-Crystalline Solids》、《Wear》、《Vacuum》、《IEEE》、《SPIE》等美國、德國、英國、荷蘭的數十種國際著名學術刊物,以及《物理學報》、《光學學報》、《半導體學報》、《紅外與毫米波學報》、《光譜學與光譜分析》等多種國內一級刊物上發表學術論文約80篇,包括多個學科的多種國際頂尖刊物,被SCI收錄論文50餘篇、EI收錄論文60餘篇,SCI引用數百次。以第一發明人申請美國發明專利、中國發明專利、中國國防發明專利22項,其中已授權17項。主持或參與完成了國家重大專項(電子科技大學)、國家973(北京大學)、國家863(清華大學)、國家自然科學基金-面上(電子科技大學)等多項重要的科研項目。曾多次解決不同重大科研項目的多個關鍵技術問題,為多項重大項目的順利完成做出重要貢獻,獲多項創新成果。 教學及人才培養:先後擔任清華大學、電子科技大學的多門本科生課程及研究生課程教學。培養與協助培養博士、碩士研究生35名(已畢業23名)、本科生數十人,指導學生獲得全國優秀論文、成電十傑、校優秀論文、優秀或重點科研項目等。
