項目摘要
小麥是西南地區的主要糧食作物之一。由於西南特殊的生態地理環境和當下品質育種的局限性，導致西南小麥加工品質較差，這正嚴重影響西南麥區小麥生產。小麥種子儲藏蛋白主要包括谷蛋白和醇溶蛋白，它們決定小麥獨特的加工品質，且是人類日常攝取所需蛋白營養的主要來源之一。本項目在前期研究工作基礎上，擬系統研究品種與環境互作、栽培措施、植物生長調節劑對植物內源激素含量及其信號轉導的影響，以及這些因素如何影響種子儲藏蛋白表達、積累和組裝。在此基礎上分析西南小麥加工品質形成的分子機理，建立西南麥區小麥加工品質評價參數，為通過品種育種和栽培措施改善西南小麥加工品質提供理論依據。
