從事呼吸系統腫瘤多年，致力於肺癌的精準化診療。主持國家自然科學基金，上海市科委，中國科協十三五，吳階平基金及上海市衛生局課題。《肺部腫瘤學》副主編；中國科協“十三五”規劃專題編者；發表論文20餘篇於SCI。曾獲全國醫師演講比賽上海區一等獎；上海市醫學科技一等獎；中華醫學科技二等獎；華夏醫學一等獎；全國腫瘤學術基金獎勵；上海市衛計委青年五四獎章；晨光計畫資助，WCLC導師培訓獎及青年學者獎，上海市首屆傑出青年醫生稱號及資助。
