2002年畢業留校工作,2004年晉升副教授。作為主要骨幹獲得2005年度中國電子學會電子信息科學技術三等獎、2009年度浙江省科學技術進步三等獎、2009年度杭州市科技進步二等獎。獲得2009年度華為獎教金,2005年度、2010年度浙江大學優秀班主任。
