研究方向

本課題組著重於研究蛋白質翻譯的質量監控,利用分子生物學、基因組學、合成生物學以及生物信息學等學科手段在以下領域解決具體的科學問題:(1)病原微生物的致病因子及其致病機理;(2)病原微生物的耐藥性機理;(3)病原微生物與宿主的相互作用;(4)通過對工業微生物及環境微生物進行改造,與金屬材料學科進行合作交叉研究,結合合成生物學,進行微生物金屬腐蝕機理的研究以及新型生物材料的研發。
