做法

1. 把300克麵粉和150克白糖混在一個大碗裡。加入少許鹽,一勺泡達粉和一勺乾酵母Add 300g of flour with 150g of sugar into a large bowl. Add a pinch of salt, a teaspoon of baking powder and a teaspoon of instant dry yeast

2. 加入兩個雞蛋,加入400克溫水(50度左右),用攪拌機攪拌。放在溫度高點的地方,擱置一個半小時。Add in two eggs and 400g of warm water (about 50 degrees C), mix well and set the bowl in a warm area for an hour and a half

5. 用個平底鍋,塗上一層油,小火加熱。倒入兩大湯勺的麵粉糊,然後將鍋傾斜鋪滿整個鍋底With a non-stick pan, coat lightly with oil and heat over a low flame. Add in two large ladles of flour mixture and tip the pan to coat the pan evenly

8. 把右邊的糕,用鏟子翻到左邊。將糕切成四塊,便能上桌Flip the right side of the pancake over the left. Cut into four large pieces and serve
