做法
1、皮蛋去殼切塊,放盤子的外圈
2、青瓜切絲,放盤子中間
3、豆腐切小塊,放入加了一匙鹽的開水裡煮幾分鐘,撈出,鋪在黃瓜絲上
4、用少許油爆一下青、紅椒粒,裝入放了鹽,醋,香油的碗裡調成汁,淋在豆腐上,最後撒上花生米。
