1.打招呼。
T:Good morning/Hello/Good afternoon,boys and girls.
Ss:Good morning/Hello/Good afternoon,teacher.
T:Nice to see you again.
Ss:Nice to see you,too.
T:How are you today?
Ss:Fine,thank you.
2.播放四年級下冊第四單元“A Let's chant”部分的歌謠錄音,複習有關天氣的形容詞。
二、課前準備(Preview)
師生談論各自最喜歡的水果,複習句型“What's your favourite…?”
教師出示一些水果圖,對學生說:“Boysand girls.Do you like apples?Do you likewatermelons?”讓學生根據實際情況回答,然後繼續引導:“Apple is my favourite fruit.What's your favourite fruit?”和學生一起複習句型“What's your favourite…?”的用法。可以用相同的方法和學生多練習幾遍。
三、新課呈現(Presentation)
1.Let's learn.
(1)引出課題。
教師依次出示春、夏、秋、冬的圖片,並介紹說:“Look at the pictures.They are beautiful.They are four seasons in a year.”
板書課題:My Favourite Season
(2)教學新辭彙和句型。
①教師在黑板上畫一棵樹的樹幹,再畫上幾片淺綠色的樹葉,對學生說:“Look!The leaves are green now.What season is it now?”教師邊說邊在圖旁邊寫上單詞“spring”,帶學生讀幾遍,並根據自己的生活經驗對春天的天氣特徵進行描述,如“Spring is warm in Hangzhou/Taiwan.”
②教師繼續在樹枝幹上畫更多的樹葉,引出單詞“summer”的教學。
③教師用黑板擦擦去樹上的綠葉,並在樹下面畫上一些飄落的葉子,說:“Time flies.It is fall now.”
引出單詞“fall”的教學,並帶學生讀幾遍。
④教師用黑板擦將落葉擦掉,並用簡筆畫畫出雪花的圖,引出單詞“winter”的教學。
