胡豐曉，男，1987年6月生，博士，碩士生導師。2015年8月起任教於福建農林大學動物科學學院水產養殖系。2010年本科畢業於中國海洋大學海洋環境學院（現海洋與大氣學院）海洋科學專業，2015年6月博士畢業於中國海洋大學水產學院水產養殖專業。
研究領域及方向：
水環境污染生物監測、水生生態毒理學及相關的表觀遺傳學、基因組學等研究
主要成果：
現主持國家自然科學基金青年項目一項、福建省自然科學基金青年項目一項、動物科學學院種子基金一項，已發表SCI論文8篇（其中第一作者4篇），獲授權國家發明專利一項。
